Updated FTP location. Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is the most common form of dementia with high morbidity in the elderly and the hippocampus is one of the key structures that undergo severe atrophy in AD. We performed hippocampal phospho-proteomic profiling of the App-NLF mice model of AD at the age of 8 months using a liquid-chromatography/mass-spectrometry system to investigate the upregulated and downregulated phosphosites might contribute to the pathogenesis of AD.
