PXD011498 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitlePeptidomics profiling of biopsies from the human jejunum before and after gastrectomy
DescriptionProfiling of the human jejunum peptidome before and after total gastrectomy. The study compares the peptidome of jejunum using intact mass spectrometry and database searching.
