PXD009506-2

PXD009506 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleSnake Venom Extracellular vesicles (SVEVs) reveal wide molecular and functional proteome diversity
DescriptionThis study aimed at characterizing the snake venom extracellular vesicles (SVEVs).Shotgun proteomics analysis of SVEVs was performed to identify the proteome content of these vesicles. TEM, DLS, biochemical activity and cellular assays were performed to characterize the morphology and functionality of these vesicles.
