PXD007998 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.
Dataset Summary
Title | Sensitive analysis of protein tyrosine phosphorylation |
Description | We immobilized SH2 superbinder onto a monolithic capillary column to construct a microreactor to enrich pTyr peptides from minute amount of samples. To evaluate the feasibility of this strategy, we used protein standards, phosphopeptide samples purified from pervanadate-treated HeLa cell digests as well as a protein complex sample. The results showed that this microreactor enabled highly speciļ¬c enrichment of phosphotyrosine peptides. |
