| Title | Proteome of Verticillium dahliae extracellular vesicles |
| Description | To identify EV-associated V. dahliae proteins, we conducted a comparative proteomic analysis of isolated EVs and total mycelial proteins. Total mycelial proteins served as the control to identify proteins specifically enriched in ultracentrifugation-purified EVs. This analysis identified two previously uncharacterized, putative surface proteins, designated VdEsp1 and VdEsp2. |
