This dataset contains two parts of proteomics data: a) the identification and analysis results of co-immunoprecipitation (Co-IP: Flag-asprosin/HA-PFKP) in cardiomyocytes overexpressing Flag-asprosin/HA-PFKP; b) the identification and analysis results of co-immunoprecipitation (Co-IP) using IgG as a control.
