PXD065033 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleBAFFR interactome in mouse B cells
DescriptionIn this study, we have used affinity purification coupled with quantitative mass spectrometry to analyse the BAFFR interactome in mouse LPS-activated B cells. To do this, we used primary B cells from mice expressing endogenous BAFFR with a C-terminal Twin-StrepTag. By AP-MS, we identified TACI as a BAFF-stimulation-induced BAFFR interactor.
