TitleS-nitrosoproteome analysis of rice leaves in response to Magnaporthe oryzae infection
DescriptionS-nitrosoproteome of leaves obtained from two rice cultivars Dongjin (relatively resistant) and Nipponbare (susceptible) to Magnaporthe oryzae strain PO6-6 was investigated using a iodo-TMT six plex kit. MS/MS data was acquired using two MS intruments: QExactive™ Orbitrap High-Resolution Mass Spectrometer (MS) (Thermo Fisher Scientific, MA, USA) or with Orbitrap Exploris™ 240 The labeling was performed in the following order: iodoTMT reagent 126: Dongjin mock iodoTMT reagent 127: Dongjin infected iodoTMT reagent 128: Dongjin mock+infected+GSNO iodoTMT reagent 129: Nipponbare mock iodoTMT reagent 130: Nipponbare infected iodoTMT reagent 131: Nipponbare mock+infected+GSNO
