This project aims to identify proteins that bind to PA (pimelic acid) in primary mouse hepatocytes. Biotin-labeled PA was incubated with cell lysates, and the protein complexes were captured using streptavidin magnetic beads. The enriched proteins were then identified by mass spectrometry.
