This study aims to investigate the proteomic responses of two bacterial strains (Chromobacterium and Paucibacter) grown under three different conditions: Chromobacterium monoculture (36h), Paucibacter monoculture (36h), and their co-culture (36h). Three biological replicates were analyzed for each condition. Total proteins were extracted, digested with trypsin, and analyzed using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). The resulting raw data were searched using Proteome Discoverer 2.1. This dataset provides insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying bacterial competition and cooperation.
