In this study, a rat model of disuse muscle atrophy (DMA) was first established by immobilization for three weeks. After confirming successful model induction, the rats received a two‑week intervention. Upon completion of the intervention, the gastrocnemius muscles were harvested and subjected to data‑independent acquisition (DIA) proteomic analysis, followed by correlation analysis, to investigate the effects of the combined rehabilitation regimen on protein expression changes in the gastrocnemius muscle of DMA rats.
