Plant height is one of the important factors affecting the resistance to lodging in rice. To understand the molecular mechanism of the rice GA biosynthetic gene OsGA20ox1 for plant heigth regulation in rice, DIA(Data-Independent Aquisition)based quantification was used to detected changes in protein levels. Sixty-day-old plant leaves of both YexiangB (YXB) and the OsGA20ox1 mutant TianxiangB (TXB) were used for total protein extraction and quantitative proteomics analysis.
