This study employed co-immunoprecipitation coupled with LC-MS/MS (CoIP-MS) to identify HSP90AA1-interacting proteins in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) cells cultured under normal- and high-glucose conditions, aiming to elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying high-glucose-induced tumor progression and HSP90AA1-mediated protein interaction networks.
