This project contains the raw and processed limited proteolysis-mass spectrometry (LiP-MS) data generated to characterize punicalin-induced changes in the protease accessibility of recombinant respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) F and G proteins. Recombinant RSV F and G proteins were independently incubated with 10 μM punicalin or vehicle, with three biological replicates per condition, followed by limited proteolysis with proteinase K, tryptic digestion, and LC-MS/MS analysis using a timsTOF Pro mass spectrometer in data-dependent acquisition mode. Raw data were processed using FragPipe v22.0 with label-free quantification and match-between-runs enabled. The dataset includes instrument raw files, peptide and protein identification results, peptide abundance tables, search parameters, sequence databases, and the processed data used to identify PUN-responsive peptide regions.
