MS2–MS2CP-mediated RNA pull-down coupled with mass spectrometry was performed to identify circPAFAH1B2-associated proteins. MS2-CP-Flag-circPAFAH1B2-MS2 was used as the experimental group, while MS2-CP-Flag-circPAFAH1B2 served as the negative control. Enriched proteins were identified by mass spectrometry as candidate circPAFAH1B2-interacting proteins.
