We aim to identify key targets and metabolic pathway changes underlying the protective effect of hepatocyte-specific SIRT2 knockout against HHH diet-induced MASLD-HCC in mice, through integrated multi-omics and functional analyses to uncover mechanisms involving lipid dysregulation, inflammation, and tumorigenic signaling.
