We performed label-free quantitative proteomics of barley (Hordeum vulgare) cultivar GN2 under 200 mM NaCl salt stress. Six samples were analyzed, including three biological replicates of control (CK1–CK3) and three biological replicates of salt-treated (T1–T3) plants. Proteins were digested with trypsin and analyzed on a Bruker timsTOF Pro 3 mass spectrometer coupled to a nanoElute liquid chromatography system in TIMS-DDA mode. Database searching was performed with MaxQuant (v1.6.15.0, Andromeda) against the Hordeum vulgare protein database, with LFQ and iBAQ quantification.
