In this study, human colorectal cancer HCT116 cells were used as the research model. Quantitative proteomics technology was applied to systematically analyze the protein expression profiles after QWCS treatment. Differentially expressed proteins were screened and subjected to functional enrichment and protein-protein interaction network analysis. This study aims to reveal potential therapeutic targets and key signaling pathways through which QWCS inhibits the proliferation and migration of HCT116 cells at the molecular level, providing proteomic evidence for further mechanistic research and clinical application of QWCS against colorectal cancer.
