We performed quantitative 4D-DIA phosphoproteomics on uterine tissues harvested at gestational day 4 from Shp-1f/f control mice and PR-Cre-driven uterine-specific Shp-1 knockout (Shp-1d/d) mice. This dataset was generated to characterize alterations in protein phosphorylation triggered by SHP-1 deletion, with particular focus on tyrosine phosphorylation of EpCAM and the regulatory network governing uterine receptivity and embryo implantation.
