Focal adhesion kinase (FAK) is a promising therapeutic target in various cancers. Here, we performed a time-resolved quantitative proteomic analysis to investigate the global protein expression changes in BEAS-2B cells following treatment with M-3-3, a PROTAC specifically targeting FAK. Cells were harvested at 0, 6, 12, and 24 hours post-treatment, and proteins were analyzed by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). This dataset provides a comprehensive resource for understanding the kinetic degradation dynamics of FAK and the downstream signaling pathways modulated by PROTAC-mediated protein depletion.
