This project comprises two subprojects: (1) Quantitative proteomic profiling of Akkermansia muciniphila (AKK) bacterial cells and their secreted outer membrane vesicles (OMVs), with three biological replicates each; (2) Quantitative proteomic analysis of liver tissues from a HXS protein-treated mouse liver cancer model, including PBS control and HXS treatment groups with three biological replicates each. All raw data, search results, and experimental metadata are deposited for independent access and reuse.
