Ovarian cancer is a lethal gynecological malignancy with poorly understood molecular mechanisms. DNAJC5 has been identified as a potential driver of lipogenic tumor metabolism; however, its interacting protein partners remain largely unknown. To elucidate the molecular basis of DNAJC5 function, we performed immunoprecipitation-mass spectrometry (IP-MS) using anti-DNAJC5 antibody in SK-OV-3 ovarian cancer cells. The raw mass spectrometry data (.RAW) and the accompanying search engine output files (including Proteins, PSMs, and PeptideGroups) are presented here. This dataset aims to provide comprehensive evidence for the identification of DNAJC5-interacting proteins, thereby contributing to our understanding of its role in ovarian cancer progression. The data are available for review and will support future mechanistic and therapeutic studies.
