This dataset contains LC-MS/MS raw data of quantitative proteome and ubiquitinome from porcine liver tissue. TMT-labeled proteomic samples were analyzed on Q Exactive HF mass spectrometer, while ubiquitinomic samples were detected on timsTOF Pro platform for global profiling of proteins and ubiquitinated modification sites.
