This project aims to characterize the proteomic changes associated with vascular aging in male mice and the intervention effect of CA. Aorta samples were collected from four groups of male C57BL/6 mice: 4-month-old, 14-month-old, 28-month-old, and 28-month-old treated with CA for 7 months (n=3 per group). DIA quantitative proteomic analysis was performed on a Bruker timsTOF HT mass spectrometer. The dataset will provide a valuable resource for understanding the molecular basis of vascular aging and the anti-aging potential of CA.
