This project investigates the proteomic response of Enterobacter kobei to pentavalent vanadium [V(V)] under wheat straw-supported conditions. DIA mass spectrometry-based proteomic analysis was performed on cultures supplied with wheat straw in the absence or presence of 500 mg/L V(V) to identify proteins and pathways associated with microbial V(V) bioreduction and stress response.
