HUVECs were transfected with either DCAF13-Flag or the empty vector. Cell lysates were subjected to immunoprecipitation using the anti-Flag antibody and the immunoprecipitated proteins were analyzed by LC–MS/MS carried out by PTM Bio Co., Ltd (Zhejiang, China).
