This dataset contains quantitative proteomic data of FSD-treated Tribolium castaneum adults. Proteomic analysis was conducted to reveal the protein-level molecular response of storage pests exposed to botanical active compounds. The data supports research on insect toxicology and novel botanical pest control strategies.
