Following gestational exposure to thiamethoxam, placental tissues were collected from pregnant mice on embryonic day 18.0. Total protein was extracted from placental tissue lysates, and protein concentrations were quantified using the BCA method. Proteins were subsequently digested with trypsin to generate peptides. The digested peptide samples were desalted and quantified, followed by DIA relative quantitative proteomic analysis using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry on the Astral platform.
