This dataset contains the LC-MS/MS based proteomic data for identifying SENP1-binding proteins in human adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs). The data is generated to dissect the molecular mechanism of SENP1-mediated deSUMOylation in regulating ADSCadipogenesis.
