Cycloheximide (CHX), a potent translational inhibitor, is frequently used in cellular assays that require translational blockades. Due to a lack of comprehensive studies on CHX-exposed cellular models, this study aimed to characterize the molecular and cellular effects of CHX exposure in the human hepatoma cell line HepG2.
