Pre-eclampsia (PE) is a severe gestational complication, classified into early-onset and late-onset subtype. The circulating factors play important roles in the pathogenesis of PE. In the project, the plasma proteome of early-onset PE and late-onset PE were constructed to explore the potential biomarkers.
