Foxk1 is a transcription factor described to be involved in metabolism control. To investigate its role in T cell activation, and characterize the molecular pathways modulated by Foxk1, we determined by quantitative mass spectrometry analysis, the proteomes of control and Foxk1-/- CD8+ T cells either non stimulated or activated with CD3/CD28 for 24 and 48 hours. For those 6 conditions, 4 replicate samples were analyzed (24 raw files).
