This submission includes two proteomics datasets: (1) DNA pull-down using the biotinylated promoter region of AREL1 to identify promoter-interacting proteins; (2) immunoprecipitation of FLAG-tagged AREL1 followed by mass spectrometry to identify AREL1 protein interactors. Both experiments were performed in LX2 cells.
