This dataset contains serum proteomic data from patients with primary ovarian insufficiency (POI), individuals with natural menopause, and healthy controls, analyzed by label-free quantitative liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). The study aims to identify differentially expressed proteins associated with POI, explore potential biomarkers and molecular mechanisms of the disease, and provide new evidence for the diagnosis and treatment of POI.
