This dataset contains mass spectrometry-based proteomic profiling of primary hepatocytes isolated from wild-type and hepatocyte-specific PRR-deficient mice under normal chow diet conditions. The study was designed to investigate proteomic alterations associated with hepatocyte PRR deficiency.
