This study investigated the effects of Rosa roxburghii Tratt fermented preparation on patients with marginal dyslipidemia. Multi-omics analyses including serum proteomics, serum metabolomics, fecal metabolomics, and gut microbiota 16S rRNA sequencing were performed to explore the underlying lipid-regulating mechanisms.
