This project contains proteomic and ubiquitinomic datasets from wheat leaves collected at the two-leaf one-heart stage after inoculation with Puccinia striiformis f. sp. tritici races CYR23 or CYR31. Each treatment includes three biological replicates, enabling comparative analysis of host protein abundance and ubiquitination changes during stripe rust infection in wheat.
