This project aims to characterize the proteomic alterations in four significant tissues—liver, infraorbital nerve, trigeminal ganglion, and spinal trigeminal nucleus caudalis—in a mouse model of trigeminal neuralgia induced by partial infraorbital nerve ligation (pIONL). Using a label-free quantitative proteomics approach, we compared pIONL mice with sham-operated controls. The data provide tissue-specific protein expression signatures associated with peripheral nerve injury, central pain processing, and systemic metabolic responses.
