The combination of CP and lenvatinib effectively inhibits the proliferation, cloning, migration, and invasion of HepG2 liver cancer cells. This effect is related to the regulation of the PI3K/Akt and complement and coagulation cascade pathways. This study highlights the potential of CP and lenvatinib combination therapy for the treatment of advanced liver cancer.
