This project aims to identify the specific proteins interacting with lncRNA SNHG9 in hepatoma cells. We performed RNA pull-down assays using biotin-labeled SNHG9 probes in Huh7 cell lysates, followed by mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) to analyze the pulled-down protein.
