This project aims to identify proteins interacting with Vimentin (VIM) in the mouse ovary using immunoprecipitation coupled with mass spectrometry (IP-MS). Ovarian tissues were collected from adult female mice, and protein extracts were subjected to immunoprecipitation with an anti-Vimentin antibody or control IgG. The precipitated protein complexes were digested and analyzed by LC-MS/MS. After database search and label-free quantification, specific VIM-interacting candidates were identified. The raw mass spectrometry data and search results have been deposited in iProX.
