To examine the impact of TP53 knockout in cancer-associated fibroblasts on the progression of liver cancer, we conducted a study wherein cancer-associated fibroblasts were collected and subjected to TP53 knockout. Subsequently, the cell supernatants were harvested and analyzed for alterations in protein expression utilizing proteomic methodologies.
