This project contains immunoprecipitation-mass spectrometry (IP-MS) data generated from macrophages to identify CKAP4-associated proteins. CKAP4 immunoprecipitates and IgG controls were analyzed to define the CKAP4 interactome under conditions relevant to stiffness-dependent macrophage mechanosensing.
