In this project, we have performed global proteomics of A549 lung cancer cells subjected to Peroxiredoxin 6 knockdown, 4Gy ionizing or combination of both. The aim of the project is to find out proteome level alterations in PRDX6KD cell which make them sensitive to ionizing radiation mediated cell death.
