Title	Amelioration of motor deficit and pathologies by UA-30 via RalA-mediated mitophagy in a mouse model of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis
Description	In this study, TMT‑based quantitative proteomic analysis of mouse spinal cord (L4‑L5) and medulla oblongata tissues was performed using a workflow including protein extraction, trypsin digestion, TMT labeling, high‑pH RPLC fractionation (60 fractions) and LC‑MS/MS analysis. Therefore, two subprojects are included in this project.
