This project investigates the genetic basis of piroplasmosis resistance in Yunnan humped cattle through integrated transcriptomic and proteomic analyses to identify candidate genes and proteins. Proteomics datasets included the following: (1) Lancang samples: Fe16CXN_QC1--Fe16CXN_QC3(Quality testing of the plasma after removing the highly abundant proteins before sequencing), Fe16CXN_X1_EG--Fe16CXN_X12_CG, Fe16CXN_Z1_CG--Fe16CXN_Z28_CG, and (2) Mangshi samples: Ff15CXN_QC1--Ff15CXN_QC3(Quality testing of the plasma after removing the highly abundant proteins before sequencing), Ff15CXN_X13_CG--Ff15CXN_X42_CG, Ff15CXN_Z32_EG--Ff15CXN_Z75_EG.
