Soil salinization poses an increasingly severe threat to global crop production. Extracellular polysaccharides (EPS) secreted by rhizosphere bacteria promote plant growth and enhance crop salt tolerance by boosting antioxidant capacity. However, whether EPS promotes plant growth under salt stress by regulating protein expression remains unclear. This study aims to elucidate the impact of NX-11 EPS on salt tolerance by analyzing its regulation of protein expression under salt stress through proteomics.
