This dataset contains proteomic and phosphoproteomic profiles generated from YCC-derived organoid models. The study includes paired models established from the same patient-derived materials to investigate molecular differences associated with organoid growth and tumor-related biological features. In addition, a larger set of organoids derived from different cancer patients was included to explore global proteomic clustering patterns and subgroup-specific molecular characteristics.
