This project investigates the role and mechanism of CTPS1 in lung adenocarcinoma. Based on proteomics analysis, it aims to elucidate its functions in tumor proliferation, invasion, and metabolic regulation, and to evaluate the antitumor efficacy of the CTPS1 inhibitor. In addition, clinical sample analysis will be performed to assess its prognostic value, providing a potential therapeutic target for metabolic intervention in lung adenocarcinoma.
