This project aims to identify phosphorylation sites in GmNFR1α regulated by GmPSKP1a using LC-MS/MS. Purified GmPSKP1a and GmNFR1α proteins were incubated with [γ-³²P]ATP, and the reaction mixture was subsequently analyzed by mass spectrometry in vitro.
